1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of www.pholasmzansi.com and any order you place with PHOLAS, a South African business based in Johannesburg. Contact: pholasmzansi@gmail.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we accept your order and send confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error, we may cancel and refund you in full before dispatch.

3. Prices

All prices are in South African rand. PHOLAS is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is charged and none is shown. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Where we show a saving, it is calculated against the current price of the same items bought individually from this store.

4. Payment

Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout and the payment provider connected to this store. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Product information

We describe the fan as accurately as we can. Photographs and 3D illustrations are representative; colours can look different on different screens. Specifications supplied by the manufacturer may change without notice.

6. Delivery and returns

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The fan is a personal cooling device and is not a medical device.

8. Safe use

Charge the fan with a standard USB-C supply. Do not immerse it in water, expose it to fire, or continue using it if the casing is damaged. Keep it away from small children and loose hair while running.
