Where we ship

We deliver to all nine provinces in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery

We ship nationwide with Aramex. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days from collection, to all nine provinces.

These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Load shedding, weather and peak periods can add time.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is R99. Delivery is free on orders of R500 or more. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You get an email with an Aramex tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email pholasmzansi@gmail.com.

Addresses

We deliver to street addresses and workplaces. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box. Please give a contact number the courier can reach during business hours. If a delivery fails because the address or number was wrong, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, email pholasmzansi@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will take it up with the courier.
